I had to take the afternoon off work to study the draw and pick my team for Round 1 tonight. I have until 7:30p.m. to finalize my picks, so we will see if I stick with my gut or let my emotions get the best of me. I am going to have to find a way to kill some time this afternoon since 8:00 p.m. isn’t going to get here any faster with me gazing at the clock.
Versus and the PBR has provided our event tickets, airfare, hotel and all the arrangements we need for next week. They are even picking us up at the airport and taking us to all of the places we need to be. How cool is that?
I will be praying for safety for all of the riders, and good rides for all of my team. Actually, I hope some of the guys who aren’t on my team ride, too! This is the MOST exciting sport ever, so you don’t want to miss it. Tune in on Versus tonight at 8:00 p.m. CST. And don’t call me until it’s over!
